Nights without You
Üzeyir Lokman CAYCI

I sip my slavery
nights
Without you, I am nailed down.
I conceal the blue refreshment
of my dreams,
I melt time in glasses
with a song that cries,
and arrange my tears
into poems.
Every night
the rain returns to me.
To disperse my thirst for you
I drink, I drink until infinity.
